I want to quit my job. Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE serving. I do, it really is a passion. I LOVE being a waitress. But I want to quit my job. I’m tired of stupid and rude people. YES I KNOW THEY ARE EVERYWHERE, but they seem to be concentrated at the location that is my job. So I want to quit. I don’t like the customers. The amount of work (As a server) Completely Outweighs how much I get paid. How do you end your shift with 400 Dollars in Tip, and after pooling and sharing, Which the orientation paperwork says (is Voluntary) But We HAVE to give them up every shift, how Do you end up with 90.50? Does anyone else see this as possibly UNFAIR? No? Is it just me?
