Step One: Paint Nails White. Two Coats

Step Two: Paint Tips Mint Green. Two Coats

Step Three: ( The Fun Part) With black paint/pen create dots all over the place.

Step Four: Paint over with Clear Gloss.

Step Five: ENJOY!
