MR. Deville #3: That time I was Nancy Drew

Hey Gang!

I had the awesome opportunity to be a model again for CFIM! The theme this time was 1940’s, as and as I was putting together the outfit, I was like…ya know, I kind of look like Nancy Drew and thus my unique spin on the 40’s was born!

I’ve always been a huge fan of Nancy Drew, I’ve read her stories since i was like a 2nd grader, I’ve always enjoyed smart women, and try to find them in fiction as much as I can. Nancy Drew originally came out in the 30’s but she has had many an iteration, and what better way than through my interpretation.

I think without the magnifying glass I may be mistaken for a stewardess but they thought is still there. Our location was a historical Train Station that isn’t being used anymore and it was amazing! We got to walk through the trains, taking photos inside and outside. I’ve always wanted to travel somewhere by train, but I just never got around to it. This was the next best thing.

I had so much fun working with all the photographers there, we had a huge turn out for this one. Here are a few of my fave photos.

My dress is Unique Vintage, which I got many many years ago, hat, heels, and magnifying glass are all from amazon.
